For developmental editing, my services include a full edit of your manuscript, whether you are preparing to query an agent, self-publish, or are querying small publishers directly. Contact me for rates for other services, such as editorial letters, query evaluations, and nonfiction proposal evaluations.
For proofreading and copyediting, I am familiar with AP, Chicago, and MLA styles. My clients include St. Martin’s Publishing Group, Flatiron Books, and Tor and its imprints.
I am also actively seeking clients for French-to-English translation.
Below are my rates (subject to change depending on the breadth and scope of the project):
- Developmental editing—$60 per hour
- Copyediting—$35 per hour
- Proofreading—$30 per hour
- Translation [French to English] — $.10 per word
